Beyond academics...
Besides academics and university projects, I have actively participated in numerous extracurricular activities. I started a subscription-based book lending service called “Rooks Pune” for engineering students to tackle the unavailability of books in college libraries. The opportunity to engage in numerous business pitch competitions and public speaking events like the International Model United Nations honed my communication and leadership skills. I cherished the opportunity presented to attend the Rural Immersion Program organized by our college, which included a 5-day tour to a rural town in India where I participated in cleanliness and food donation drives. I also completed a fundraising internship with Muskurahat Foundation for the project KeyTaab, which aims at improving the social, mental, and educational well-being of underprivileged children from the shelter and foster homes. These social engagements have transformed me into an introspective and compassionate individual and made me realize the importance of serving the needy and underprivileged.
